Is my order confirmed after submitting the form?
No. The form is only a quote request. Your order is confirmed once we review availability, send your quote, and receive the required deposit.
Do you have fixed prices?
Most custom orders are quoted individually. Pricing depends on size, flavour, filling, design details, decorations, and delivery needs.
Can I send a reference photo?
Yes. You can select a reference image in the form, but it cannot attach automatically through WhatsApp. Please send the image in the WhatsApp chat after submitting your request.
Do you offer delivery?
Pick-up and delivery may be available depending on your location, event date, and order size. Delivery fees may apply.
Can I make changes after confirming my order?
Small changes may be possible depending on timing and availability. Major design, size, or flavour changes may affect the final price.
